Method
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover with lid and reduce to simmer for 1 hour. Stir frequently while it’s cooking.
Notes
- Try and aim to use organic ingredients. They are much cleaner and not made with possible chemicals as most conventional processed food is.
- Vinegar is optional in this recipe but it balances and enhances the flavor of the chili.
- Use a potato masher as the chili is boiling so the beef is fine and not chunky. It should not be the texture of chili like you would eat in a bowl.
