Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are so flavorful. They are perfect as an appetizer or alongside your favorite pizza.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Marinate Time 8 hours
Total Time 8 hours 55 minutes
Servings: 12 Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 5-6 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley (optional)
  • 12 Chicken Wings

Method

  1. Ideally, grab wings from either your local farmer, market or farmed raised (that you butchered).
  2. Mince your garlic and grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Combine the garlic and cheese to a bowl of olive oil. Add the salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
  4. Place the wings in a ziploc gallon bag or other marinade container.
  5. Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken.
  6. Now, you'll shake the bag or move it around so the marinade will coat the chicken evenly. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Remove the chicken from the bag and lay on the parchment paper, spacing each wing evenly.
  9. Drizzle any of the remaining garlic Parmesan marinade over each wing to give it more flavor as they bake.
  10. Place in the oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until an internal thermometer reads 165°F (74°C). Once they look golden and crispy, pull them out of the oven and serve.
  11. Sprinkle with Parsley and enjoy. Serve with Homemade Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing.

Notes

  1. These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings can be baked in an air fryer. Follow the instructions according to your manual.
  2. You can also make a little extra of the marinade and toss the chicken wings in it once they come out of the oven. I mean, who doesn’t like extra garlic and Parmesan cheese?
