Existing Home
You have an existing home that you need to sell? Start going through all of your things and purge. Make piles for donate, keep, sell, etc. Get your house ready to sell. Make provisions to stay with family or in an RV/tiny living for a while.
You can do this!
Get out of Debt
We follow Dave Ramsey so start snowballing your debt. Hustle, work two jobs. Do whatever you have to. Tell your family and friends that you are busy so you don’t spend money. They will appreciate it later lol once they find out what you’re getting ready to endeavor.

Buy the land. Pay off the land. Start building your dream home. Take it slow and don’t rush into it. It’s all about the journey and just think about the fun adventures you will have with your family over this next season of your lives. One thing I learned real quick was to be patient.
