It’s veggie planting season and I don’t want you to get overwhelmed with all those tomatoes 🍅 you’ll be growing. Even if you buy from a local farmer, that’s better than going to a grocery store. But, I really want to encourage you to grow your own.

Make this delicious Tomato Jam. It’s so easy and you can use it on top of a burger, meatloaf or as a compliment to one of those fancy charcuterie boards. So yummy! Both sweet and savory.

Building Tip: If you have a porch, have your insulation company spray under your porch ceiling. They said it would take off 20 degrees and they weren’t lying 🙌🏻. We even sit out here in the hot Summer heat haha.

I’ve been collecting old windows for my dream greenhouse that one day I hope we get to build. For now, this adorable little cedar greenhouse is perfect.

There’s lots of room on the bottom for storage. I added gravel to the floor for extra drainage, and I love the built-in table and shelves above. It even comes with a vented window in the roof that retracts if it starts to rain.

Can you believe I am officially a grandma? It seems a little crazy, but my son and daughter-in-law had the most beautiful and perfect little baby girl a few weeks ago. They’ve been married five years so it’s definitely time haha. ❤️

All the girls in our family get lactation cookies when they come home from the hospital. There’s tons of vitamins, minerals and nutrition in these cookies, allowing mama’s milk to flow consistently.
