If you know me on a personal level, then you know my two favorites are chocolate and peanut butter. They seriously go hand-in-hand. Are you with me? You are going to love my Peanut Butter Pie!

How To Make Peanut Butter Pie
This peanut butter pie is so easy to make. I use simple ingredients and you’ll be able to taste all of the deliciousness in every bite.
- First, you’ll need to make the crust. I used a nut crust in this recipe, but I’ll give you some other options below.
- Next, we need to prepare the filling. Combine the peanut butter, vanilla, cream cheese and sugar.
- Fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.
- Pour filling into the crust. Grate dark chocolate shavings over the top and enjoy!
This Peanut Butter Pie will make a great dessert to my Leftover Turkey Pot Pie .

Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
Nut Crust
- 2 1/2 Cups Pecans, chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- A pinch of real salt
Filling
- 1 1/2 Cups Peanut Butter (I use no sugar added)
- 2 8oz. Cream Cheese (Block)
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream (Homemade is best)
Instructions
Make the Crust
- Place the pecans in your blender. Pulse until you get a nice crumble texture.
- Add the pecans to a bowl. Combine all of the crust ingredients and mix together.
- Place the crust in a pie pan, pressing along the edges.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Once the crust is golden and toasty looking, it’s ready. Let cool completely prior to filling it with the filling.
Prepare the Filling
- Combine the peanut butter, vanilla, cream cheese and sugar.
- Fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.
- Pour filling into the crust. Grate dark chocolate shavings overthe top and enjoy!

Which Crust To Use?
There’s a few options you can use for the crust. I love them all but I think I’m loving the nut one these days.
Nut Crust – I use pecans, maple syrup, coconut sugar, real vanilla and salt. It makes a crunchy crust and if you’re
Graham Cracker Crust – This is probably more of what most people would be using. You can find healthier graham crackers or make your own. I don’t use the white sugar so I aim for one of these options.
Flaky Pie Crust – I take my soft white wheat and make a yummy flaky crust from this. Using whole grains in the crust will give you more vital nutrients, protein and fiber. It tastes yummy!
