Here are some heartfelt, cozy homemade Christmas gifts that will bring warmth and comfort during the Christmas season. These are perfect for sharing with loved ones, and many draw from classic holiday traditions like baking sweets or crafting useful items.
These gifts are for anyone – your neighbor, pastor, family, UPs/Fedex driver, etc. Let’s be honest, teachers and hostesses, do not need another coffee mug haha. Just saying. But, they would love to receive something from this list (that could very easily go with that mug). Let’s dive in!

Why Homemade Christmas Gifts?
Homemade gifts are heartfelt, very thoughtful items that people can truly use throughout the year. Instead of just buying something to buy something, these gifts are practical, edible, useful and purposeful. I don’t think I know anyone who would turn down a loaf of homemade bread or a jar of hot cocoa mix.

A few handmade spoons or cutting board (from local artisans) and a jar of handmade Board and Spoon Butter

How To Wrap Up Canned Food As Gifts
I like to grab scrap material, cut it to a square shape. I then tie a ribbon around the fabric and attached a cute tag. If you don’t have fabric, you probably have a printed Christmas napkin. Just cut and attach them the same way. So inexpensive and makes a cute way to package up your “jarred” goods. After all, you worked hard canning them so these jars deserve to look pretty on someone’s shelf.

The Foodie
Canned Apple Butter with a basket of Buttermilk Biscuits
Vanilla Extract – perfect for any baker.
Sourdough Made Simple Book + Dehydrate Your Sourdough Starter
Elderberry Syrup – Help keep your friends and family well this winter as this syrup is a great immune booster.

I hope you find something that a friend or co-worker would love to receive. Wrap it up pretty. I always say, “the packaging has to be just as cute as the gift”. Please share this post over on Pinterest and tag me over on Instagram. I’d love to see how you make yours.
